Jake Alexander is a Senior Associate of KCM Capital Partners LLC, having joined the firm in July 2026. Jake has worked across lower middle market transactions spanning new platform deals, add-on acquisitions, divestitures and portfolio company operations in both direct investing private equity and M&A advisory roles.

Prior to joining KCM, Jake was with Uncommon Equity, where he evaluated, structured, executed and managed private equity investments across a range of lower middle market company sizes and industries. Prior to Uncommon Equity, Jake was part of PricewaterhouseCoopers' M&A Deal Advisory group, where he served on the Delivering Deal Value team, supporting lower middle market private equity clients on carveouts and separations, standalone diligence and post-close operations.

Jake graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, along with a minor from the Hoeft Technology & Management program. He lives with his wife, Courtney, in the western suburbs of Chicago.
